There's a model program here in the sun coast and its got people as far away as California taking notice. Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections Kathy Dent, hosting her colleges from Monterey, California. They are here to look at Sarasota County's Geographical Information System or GIS. It's the operation responsible for keeping up to date maps on everything from reapportionment to redistricting to new streets and housing developments. |
